Havering U3A meets (Covid willing) at 2:15pm, on the second Wednesday of the month at St. Michael’s Church Hall, Main Road, Gidea Park.

Interest groups run throughout the month.

Wednesday September 14th Bernard Lockett will be telling us about the works of Gilbert and Sullivan

Wednesday October 12th is our AGM.

Doors open 2:00 pm.

Why now is the time to make sure
your affairs are in order.

We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting Wills and LPA seminars in September.

The seminars look at why having a Will and Lasting Power of Attorney in place is so important and why people should not delay in putting them in place.

The seminars will take place on:

  • Friday 23 September 09:45am – 11:30am
  • Saturday 24 September 09:45am – 11:30am

After the seminar you will be given the opportunity to speak with members of our Private Client team and ask any questions over a cup of tea and a biscuit.

Langtons Summer Concert returns this weekend 19th June

Langtons Summer Concert

Havering Council’s popular Langtons Summer Concert returns, after a 2 year break, on Sunday 19 June for an afternoon of grand entertainment.

About this event

Set in the delightful grounds of Langton Gardens, the Westminster Philharmonic Orchestra, led by conductor Jonathan Butcher, will perform a selection of light classics flavoured with music in celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

Tickets for the concert, sponsored by West and Coe Funeral Directors and supported by Mullis and Peake and Moore Kingston Smith will cost £6 on the day but can be purchased in advance online for £4. Admission is free for children under 10.

No dogs, assistance dogs only
