This year so far we have held nine free Wills and LPA Advice Mornings and advised over 200 people free of charge!

Due to popular demand we are now offering one more of these events and would like to invite you to join us.

Over half the population in the UK do not have a Will and this, unfortunately, can lead to difficulties for families and loved ones upon death. Over 850,000 people in the UK have Dementia which can affect your ability to make your own decisions. A Lasting Power of Attorney nominates a person to make decisions on your behalf.

At our 19th November  2018  Meeting, we have invited  Mr.Mike Threadgold and Colleagues from, East District  CFR Officer and London and South Region Assurance Team St Johns Ambulance. The talk will include a lesson in life saving procedures.

Our next concert is to be held on Friday 16th November 2018 from 2.30 to 4.30.pm. The concert is entitled Swing-a Dilly Party, and tickets can be obtained from the Queens Box Office. (01708 443333). On the 16th August 2018 I was given the opportunity to come along to the Havering Over 50s Forum 10th Birthday/Annual Garden Party at the H.A.D centre in Havering to be their photographer for the day. I had a great afternoon meeting everyone including The Mayor of Havering, The Royal Lieutenant of Havering, Chelsea Pensioners and the wonderful volunteers of both H.A.D and HOFF. Abigail Alexander
