Free Court of Protection Seminar

Like the team here at Pinney Talfourd, I am sure you are aware of some of the difficulties that old age can bring to the management of a person’s financial affairs. The Private Client Team at Pinney Talfourd has been offering free advice seminars to the public for a number of years and want to ensure that your service users are aware of this.

We are pleased to introduce a new seminar specifically focused on the more intricate legal issues when diagnosed with Dementia.

This seminar will cover Wills for care fee planning, LPAs, when you may need to apply to the Court of Protection and the process and obligations involved in such an application.

This is followed by the opportunity for your group members, clients, and their families to chat with our solicitors and ask any specific questions privately.

Please feel free to forward this invitation on to anyone who may be interested. In addition, to discuss how else we may be able to help your organisation please get in touch at communications@pinneytalfourd.co.uk or call us on 01708 229 444.
