Can you confirm what sequence dance is?
Is it ok to come on my own?

Hi Lyn, you need to call the contact number as to whether it’s OK to go on your own, I don’t see why not but I am not the teacher and it’s danced as couples. A lot of single people go to sequence dancing but I am not sure about the Havering lessons. Sequence dancing is the same as normal ballroom or latin dancing but the couples all dance the same repetitive routines around the dance floor. A lot of people do it and it’s a good way of learning to dance different types of dances and is very popular.
