Crossrail programme – Gidea Park sidings community event and works update, October 2017 

Talk to staff and find out more about our works on Gidea Park sidings at our community drop-in event on Wednesday 25 October 2017, between 2pm and 8.30pm at Royal Liberty School in Gidea Park. Read the full details about this event here. 

We hope to see you there, however please also read our latest works update which provides new and detailed information including:   

·         A single lane closure of Upper Brentwood Road (over the railway bridge) between 10:00 and 15:00 each day from Monday 30 October until Friday 10 November 2017. During these dates and times, temporary traffic signals will be in place to manage traffic flow. 

·         The creation of an on-site temporary material storage and delivery compound which will be in use 24 hours a day during our works.   

Please remember that this works programme involves 24-hour working, seven days a week from 01:00 on Saturday 25 November 2017 to 04:00 Monday 5 February 2018 and that the majority of this work will generate an increase in noise levels in your area.
