Due to the upgrading of the audio and visual systems in the Council Chamber  we are having to move the meeting to Romford Central Library.

The meeting will still start at 10:30.

Please note there will only be around 65 seats at the library so it will all be on a first come first served basis.

If you come too early you may find yourself helping us put the seats out as we will be doing that ourselves before the meeting starts.

Please let any friends or colleagues know, especially those who do not use the Internet.
