This route is ideal for people looking to take their cycling a bit further. Setting out from Chadwell Heath station, we’ll head through Valence to Parsloes Park. There’ll be time for a drink and some snacks before heading on taking in some lovely views of Mayesbrook and Goodmayes Parks.
