Who is able to reassure voters in Havering that any proposed boundary changes are NOT determined by Councillors? And if they are decided by Councillors, what is the protection against “gerrymandering”?
I expect to receive a response to my comments / questions.

Hi Clive, the forum is not able to answer questions like these, we just pass on information of interest to our members and friends. As the leaflet suggests all questions should either be part of the consultation or sent to reviews@lgbce.org.uk
