Quite a few of us have expressed an interest in a mid-week cycling club, nothing too strenuous but something which we can do once a week.

Talking to people Thursday seems to be a good day, I would suggest meeting at 10:30 somewhere, cycling to a refreshment stop and then returning to the start.

To get it off the ground, so to speak, I suggest we meet at Rainham Railway Station this week at 10:30 for a ride to RSPB Rainham, stop for a cuppa and then back, about 8 miles. Let me know if you can make it. This Thursday should be dry.

Until people get more confidence then the rides will be off road, or on segregated cycleways along the road(normally on the pavement).
